Who we are

Learning can take place everyday, everywhere; the world is our classroom. And in this time of extraordinary pressure, the importance in out-of-doors life and play is undervalued.

We adhere to Charlotte Mason’s pedagogy. Mason believes that Children are born persons. All aspects of their personhood should be considered; body, soul, spirit, mind, will and emotions.

It is our joy to introduce what is good, true and beautiful to every child we attend to.
We achieve this primarily through nature and literature.

Charlotte Mason

Personhood Mason believed that Children are born persons -- this means that the child already possessed all aspects of personhood: body, soul, spirit, mind, will, emotions. They should be treated as individuals as they are introduced to the variety and richness of the world in which they live.
Curriculum We decided on a Nature Study curriculum, which combines the best of Charlotte Mason's ideas. Allowing a child to play, connect with the real world, and exposing them to good living books are what we desire to do.
Alignment Whether you have a homeschool child or a child who is attending formal education, if what we do aligns with you, we would love to connect with you. We understand that it takes a village to raise a child.
